A Valentine’s Day that is not of clichéd flowers and roses, but a celebration of love.
motion was given the freedom to craft a Valentine’s Day experience for SPH My Paper readers.
The brief was simple, “Design an event you’d want to go to.”
So motion did just that; celebrating love at its essence. Not just romantic love, but an all-encompassing and soulful one. Everyone was invited, and it became a festival where the young and old turned up, babies and families, friends and couples.
Haji Lane was closed for this one-time event. Everything was designed to be memorable and momentous. Motion curated a series of eclectic scenes on the street, from UV art to chalk art, video projection and street performances – all culminating in a massive group hug at the end of the night.
